
Use as an appetizer, hors d’oeurve,
or a healthy snack any time of the day.

This will be a standby dip in your household.
Easy to prepare and delicious.
Ingredients
1 can (14oz) chick peas
(organic or low sodium if available)
2 cups Cookin’ Greens cooked according to
package directions.
¼ cup tahina or cashew nut butter
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic , minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Rinse chickpeas (if canned)
Combine chickpeas, spinach, tahina, olive oil,
garlic and lemon juice in a food processor,
sprinkle with salt and pepper, puree to
consistency of choice.
Taste, add more lemon juice or oil to
personal preference.
Serve with pita bread, crispy flat bread or fresh veggies!
